Returns

Items can be returned for an exchange or refund if:

• Item must be returned in the same condition as it arrived. 
• Item has not been worn, altered, washed or been in contact with animal fur
• Also not smelling of Perfumes, Deodorants, Colognes or makeup
• If you wish to return exchange your item/s contact Thunder Tech by either email or by phone within 10 days of your parcel arriving to arrange the return.
